Her treatment style is thorough, gentle, nurturing and compassionate. She offers both Vibrant Health Coaching and Seasonal Treatment Programs for individuals and groups.
With 26-years of experience, Lisa has successfully treated patient’s dealing with a wide-range of issues including: infertility, hormone imbalances, fibroids, pre-menstrual syndrome, anxiety, depression and insomnia, arthritis, allergies, digestive disorders, migraines, neuropathy, sciatic pain, bells palsy and tinnitus. She’s also well-versed in treating patients with sports injuries including both pre and post-surgical recoveries. She has worked with professional athletes and helps enthusiasts of many different sports maintain their optimal physical strength, endurance while improving their recovery time.
Lisa believes in encouraging harmony between the elements and seasonal cycles of nature with our own rhythms and cycles within. This is especially important during the transition times between the seasons. She believes in supporting her patients physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Lisa also specializes in Women’s Health. She is passionate about supporting healthy Mothers and their babies throughout pregnancy and post-partum with acupuncture, cranial sacral care and other services for both the mother and the child.
Lisa is a graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine S.D., receiving both her California State License and her Diploma in Acupuncture Nationally in 1991.
Alongside these degrees, she studied Cranial Sacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute in Florida, receiving certification in CST 1, CST 11, SER 1 and SER 11 and also became a licensed Massage Therapist through IPSB in Pacific Beach. Lisa further studied and consulted with Donald Yance Jr. CN,MH,RH(AHG) since 2006 and has completed his level 1 ETMS training program.
Most recently Lisa has completed the 3 year Advanced Somatic Experiencing Training program developed by Peter Levine PHD.
Lisa has studied the Internal Martial Arts of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Hsing I and Ba Gua for the past 25 years, and has been an Instructor with the NATSTA where she helped the TCM Committee create and teach Tui Na and Chinese Medical Theory to NATSTA members.
